Defining Digital Humanities

Digital Humanities incorporates the traditional elements of human studies, such as art, music, history, and literature, and combines them with more modern elements such as collaboration among members of and out of the field and computational methods to connect the humanities to a wider audience more easily. Digital Humanities has sparked the innovation of human scholarship through the networking and encoding of digital environments.
